How does our lifetime warranty work?

We proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all chains, bracelets, rings, and pendants purchased from us. If you have a problem with your item that is covered under our lifetime warranty, you can contact us at anytime to get the process started.

Chains & Bracelets
All chains and bracelets are fully covered for life. For the first two years from the date of delivery, we provide comprehensive coverage for the chain or bracelet, including the clasp and loop. During this period, all repairs or replacements are free of charge, and shipping costs are fully covered by us.

After the initial two-year period, customers will be responsible for shipping costs, but repairs or replacements will still be provided free of charge. This includes coverage for issues such as broken chains, damaged clasps, or jump rings that fail.
Please note: normal wear and tear — including scratches, dents, worn-down links, and loops — is not covered under the lifetime warranty.

Engraving an item does not void the lifetime warranty.

Rings
All rings come with lifetime protection against structural issues such as cracks, splits, or defects. Customers will not be charged for repairs, replacements, or shipping.
However, normal wear and tear — such as scratches or dents — is not included under the warranty.

Additionally, each ring purchase includes one size swap per year. We understand that finger sizes can change, and since Tungsten rings cannot be resized, a new ring will be provided if your original no longer fits. To request a size swap, simply send back the original ring. The replacement ring must be a different size, and the customer is responsible for shipping both ways.

Pendants
All pendants are also protected under our lifetime warranty. Any defects or cracks are fully covered at no cost. However, parts that wear down over time due to regular use — such as thinning from friction — are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered.
