Why are your prices so much cheaper?

     Traditional retailers have their items priced approximately two times more expensive compared to us. Our goal is to focus more on volume, rather than profit margin. This way, we make less on each item, but more customers are able to shop with us. This allows us to maintain our business, while passing on all the savings to the customers who shop with us. 

     Additionally, we limit our advertising costs and do not have a big head office. By lowering these expenses, we are able to reduce the prices of our products.

 

What makes your products better quality than others?

    Firstly, we make sure each item is carefully checked for any defects before we send it to a customer. Anything that does not meet our standard will not be sent. 

    Additionally, all our silver pieces are solid, and sourced mainly from Italy, which guarantees the highest quality craftsmanship. We make sure all the ends of our chains are soldered to perfection, and clasps have no gaps. 

 

What kind of silver do you use?

   All our silver is 925 sterling silver. This means it is 92.5% silver, which is the most suitable for jewellery use. 

 

Why don't you have silver that is rhodium plated?

   Many companies add a layer of rhodium over their silver to give it an extra shine. The problem is silver pieces that are rhodium plated come with a premium cost. After paying this premium, rhodium tends to wear off fairly fast and is expensive to re-apply. This means in a short time, your silver piece will start to show the color of natural silver, making the premium price you paid a waste of money.
